ODL's hierarchical structure.
The Organization for the Development
of Lascahobas, Inc. (ODL) is governed by a ten-member board, called the Central
Directorate Committee. This board is made up of five elected officers: a
President , a Vice-President, a General Secretary, an Assistant-General Secretary, and a
Treasurer. Those elected officers ultimately choose five counselors
before they take office.

The Central Directorate
Committee, called interchangeably by its French name "Comité
Directeur Central"
or its initials "CDC", is assisted by eight other committees
whose members are chosen or approved by the CDC. They are:- Comité de Rentrée de Fonds (Fundraising) organizes
activities to raise cash.
- Comité de Rédaction (Laws & Regulations) writes et
reviews the laws, rules and regulations.
Comité d'Information et de Relations Publiques (Public Relations)
handles news & other publications and
opinion poll.
Comité de Planification et d'Evaluation (Strategic Planning)
Evaluates & Plans all projects.
Comité Electoral (Electoral) Organizes elections and
referendum.
- Comité d'Investissements (Investment) determine ways to
invest ODL's cash assets with minimum risk to the organization.
Comité d'Education et de Culture (Education & cultural affairs)
assess the need of Lascahobas in the domain of Education and seek ways
to create and reinforce cultural bounds between the people of
Lascahobas and the rest of the world.
Comité de Santé (Health) focuses on the needs of Lascahobas in health
and sanitation.
All those committees report directly to the CDC who must approve their plan or
project before their execution.
